Food alerts

Kiff uses your device's notifications to remind you to eat your food. You have three types of alerts that you can configure to your liking:

• Shelf life alerts: You will receive these notifications when a product is about to stop being fresh or to spoil after you open it. You can choose between two types of frequencies: Along food's shelf life, The day before.

• Expiration alerts: You will receive these notifications when a product is about to expire. You can choose the number of days before the product expires in which you want to receive the first notification.

• Watch over: If your tracked foods don't have notifications enabled, Kiff will send you a reminder to check their status. Learn more.
